Responsibilities:
- People/Talent Leadership: Lead and empower diverse teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Champion talent development and effective communication.
- Operational Leadership: Drive organizational agility, fostering creativity and resilience. Ensure robust IT environments while prioritizing human-centered operational experiences.
- Financial Leadership: Strategically manage budgets and procurement processes, prioritizing value creation and fiscal discipline.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrate expertise and drive technological value, influencing change and sharing knowledge within the organization.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align IT initiatives with business objectives, while envisioning and planning for the future.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in related disciplines.
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in managerial roles.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and advanced technical knowledge.
- Strong project, process, and financial management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities.
