YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, online searches, referrals, and professional networks.

Conducting interviews with prospective candidates.

Assisting candidates in preparing for interviews with client companies by reviewing resumes, discussing client requirements, and conducting mock interviews.

Following up with candidates post-interview to summarize discussions and outline next steps.

Extending job offers and managing the offer process for successful candidates.

Maintaining contact with candidates during their assignments to ensure their needs are met.
