YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, online searches, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Conducting interviews with prospective candidates.

  • Assisting candidates in preparing for interviews with client companies by reviewing resumes, discussing client requirements, and conducting mock interviews.

  • Following up with candidates post-interview to summarize discussions and outline next steps.

  • Extending job offers and managing the offer process for successful candidates.

  • Maintaining contact with candidates during their assignments to ensure their needs are met.

SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities are essential as communication forms the core of this role. Demonstrating effective listening, comprehension, explanation, and collaboration skills is crucial.

  • Enjoyment of working closely with people.

  • High level of self-motivation and determination.

  • Leadership qualities and a competitive spirit are advantageous.

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when dealing with businesses and individuals.

  • Persistent drive to achieve set goals and metrics.
