Our client has partnered with us to add a Corporate Helpdesk professional to their team.  This is a direct hire position and has a great compensation package including 100% company paid benefits.  Details below:

Specific duties and responsibilities include: 

• Set up and maintain computer stations and software 

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution on computer hardware 

• Support corporate applications, user desktops, computer peripherals, etc. 

• Support of production printer setup and communication 

• Manage inventory of software licenses, hardware, and other IT supplies 

• Promote responsible usage and care of corporate equipment 

• Respond to employee reported issues via ticketing system 

• Research and develop new ways to improve existing processes 

• Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement 

• Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives 

• All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team, Management or their Supervisor  

Requirements- Education and Training 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience 

• A+ certification and MCSE certification a plus 2.2 Knowledge and Skills 

• 2+ years experience in a similar position 

• Understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including desktop support, network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc 

• Advanced computer hardware knowledge troubleshooting and resolution 

• Working knowledge in troubleshooting network connectivity 

• Knowledge in virtual environment and communication 

• Basic working knowledge in telecom environment, phone sets, voicemail, headsets, etc. 

• Basic understanding in corporate domain setup and communication 

• Desire to lead projects, as well as be able to work in a team environment 

• Demonstrate personal initiative 

• Solid verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task 

• Solid analytical and problem solving ability 

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 

• Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
