Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business prospects to generate leads and capitalize on consulting opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives. Provide strategic guidance throughout the consulting process, from initial client meetings to project delivery. Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, prioritizing understanding their unique needs and delivering impactful solutions. Offer mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development. Contribute to the development of consulting proposals, crafting strategic recommendations tailored to each client's requirements. Participate in negotiations concerning consulting agreements and terms of engagement.

Requirements:

Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Some familiarity with the consulting process is preferred. Experience in client relationship management and strategic consulting is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues. Possess a goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve objectives and exceed expectations. Demonstrate adaptability and coachability, thriving in dynamic environments and employing creative problem-solving skills.
