Position: BA/PM
As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in researching business processes, brainstorming innovative solutions, meeting with customers, and collaborating with developers to address various business challenges. Your project management skills will be essential as you plan actions, analyze costs and benefits, facilitate process models, and provide training in multiple learning styles. With your expertise in Agile Methodology and the Scrum framework, you will guide the development team in creating, implementing, and enhancing internal systems while ensuring high-quality solutions for the business. Effective communication and active listening will be key as you engage with developers, non-technical peers, and executives, delivering formal presentations and fostering productive collaborations.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the development team to create, implement, and improve internal systems, maintaining and refining product backlogs to deliver high-quality solutions.
– Facilitate and actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, weekly iteration planning sessions, and other necessary face-to-face, audio, or video conferencing sessions with co-located teams.
– Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, internal IT teams, and executives, to gain a thorough understanding of customer and business needs.
– Prioritize and communicate stakeholder requirements to guide development efforts towards delivering maximum value.
– Review and evaluate systems to ensure adherence to company business rules and customer quality standards.
– Provide regular project updates to team members at all levels of the organization.
– Anticipate project risks and escalate them appropriately to ensure project success.
– Influence and guide functional team members, ensuring their effective collaboration and issue resolution to achieve desired results.
Technical Requirements:
– Strong knowledge of product ownership and experience with the Agile/Scrum process.
– Proficiency in using analytical skills, tools, and techniques to investigate issues and interpret data.
– Familiarity with Scrum Master responsibilities.
– Understanding of software testing and bug tracking processes.
– SQL skills are a plus.
