We are growing! We are looking to add an additional Office Administrator to our team.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Organizing and assisting with meetings and events

  • Working with HR team on new hires

  • Taking calls from internal and external customers

  • Maintaining office supply inventory

  • Greeting and directing visitors 

  • Running reports as needed 

  • Data Entry and maintaining calendars

  • Creating and sending invoices to vendors

  • Running errands to pick up supplies, go to the bank, etc

  • Setting up workstations (phones, email accounts, logins) for new hires 

  • Light IT/troubleshooting on office computers 

  • Assisting with special projects with the marketing team as needed

  • Work on accounting duties as needed 



  • 4 year degree preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting several different teams and groups

  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Word skills

  • Trustworthy and detail oriented
