We are growing! We are looking to add an additional Office Administrator to our team.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Organizing and assisting with meetings and events
Working with HR team on new hires
Taking calls from internal and external customers
Maintaining office supply inventory
Greeting and directing visitors
Running reports as needed
Data Entry and maintaining calendars
Creating and sending invoices to vendors
Running errands to pick up supplies, go to the bank, etc
Setting up workstations (phones, email accounts, logins) for new hires
Light IT/troubleshooting on office computers
Assisting with special projects with the marketing team as needed
Work on accounting duties as needed
4 year degree preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting several different teams and groups
Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
Trustworthy and detail oriented
