Our consulting and recruiting service was founded by industry veterans Phil Vanderslice and Whitney Vanderslice. However, our philosophy is that we are an employee-owned company.

What does that mean? Every team member in the firm has direct involvement in our overall success — whether it’s supporting consultants on their career path, helping a client company fill a pressing talent need to meet business objectives, or supporting our firm’s overall growth.
